1. Return Timeframe:

  • Within India: You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any eligible product.
  • All Other Countries: For international orders, the return timeframe is extended to 15 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories should be intact.
  • The item must not be a non-returnable product (such as customized or personalized items).
  • The return must be initiated within the specified return timeframe.

3. Reasons for Return:

  • Defective Products: If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange for a free return. You will not be charged any return fees in this case.
  • Customer Remorse: If you simply change your mind or are not satisfied with the product for any reason other than a defect, we offer returns for customer remorse. However, a return fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping and processing costs.

4. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team within the specified return timeframe, stating the reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process, which may include providing details, photographs, or any other necessary information.
  • Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

5. Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund as follows:

  • For defective products, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will not be charged any return fees.
  • For customer remorse returns, a refund will be issued to your original payment method after deducting a return fee of $5.

Certain items may be excluded from our standard return policy, such as customized or personalized products. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.
